The balance between work and life is a tremendously important aspect of the balance needed for human happiness. Without the balance between the two it could lead to a variety of problems.




Mental health:
When you don't balance your work and life you get stressed out easier, finding small things to make a bigger deal over. This will lead you negative effects on your life and work as a whole. we need to be able to separate the too in order to truly be able to function properly.

Home stress:
When you are not able to lose the job at the door and bring it home it creates an unfair pressure towards your family. They did not create the stress you are feeling, so they do not  deserve the aftermath. Find a balance for the safety of your family, and leave the stress at the door.

Overall quality of life:
when you cannot balance the stresses of work and your home life you create an imbalance in your life that carries a weight you cannot bear. This is important to understand for the quality of your life. Large amounts of stress without the ability to unwind leads to a very toxic life, and potentially early death. Control the stress by implementing a few techniques.

technique 1:
Mindful walking is great to relieve the stress you carried home because you focus your attention on something other then the stress bothering you. This allows you to decompress the pressure that followed you home after a long day.

technique 2:
Exercise has been shown to have powerful release over the stresses of the day because you exert the pent-up energy caused by the barrage of negativity followed by endorphins.

technique 3:
hobbies are great for stress release because it allows you to take your mind off the task for the night letting your body relax. Find a hobby that you enjoy and engages you for the night.
